At Benz & Co Diamonds, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-custom pieces. To ensure a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all certification documents and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid, insured shipping label.
Secure Your Shipment
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond grading certificates.
Insured Transit
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; our insurance covers the full value of the piece during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item for authenticity and condition before processing your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
