Custom engagement rings and bespoke jewelry typically take 2-4 weeks for production. Once complete, we provide complimentary overnight insured shipping to ensure your piece arrives safely.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard collection items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale.
Do you offer professional ring sizing?
We offer one complimentary resizing for all our engagement rings within the first year of purchase. If you are unsure of your size, you can request a free physical ring sizer through our website.
Is there a warranty on Benz & Co jewelry?
